American Driving Records Online Bill Pay – Terms of Use.


Please read the following terms carefully before accessing your account. By enrolling in the American Driving Records Online Bill Pay program, you (the “Customer”) agree to the Terms of Use below. If Customer elects not to agree to the Terms of Use, Customer will not enroll in the American Driving Records Online Bill Pay program. These Terms of Use are in addition to Customer’s service agreement(s) with the American Driving Records.

 

American Driving Records Online Bill Pay only applies to those Customers who have signed a valid service agreement with American Driving Records. Customer will receive an e-mail confirming enrollment following completion of the online enrollment process.  Upon enrollment,  Customer shall only have the option to view the bill online, and will not continue to receive a bill through regular U.S. Mail. Customer will receive regular e-mails to announce the online availability of each new invoice.

 

Customer may cancel American Driving Records Online Bill Pay at any time by designating as such online; thereafter, Customer will receive regular Paper Copy billing. Customer shall promptly notify American Driving Records in any event if he/she fails to receive any form of billing.

 

During enrollment, Customer will be required to create a User Name and Password. Customer is required to have a valid e-mail address to complete enrollment. Customer may make administrative changes, such as changing the Password, User Name and e-mail address. Customer agrees to keep the Password confidential at all times. If Customer forgets his/her password, Customer may reset it online by completing certain verification procedures. Customer understands that he/she has sole responsibility for the security of the Password. Customer is solely responsible for notifying American Driving Records of the theft or loss of a Password. American Driving Records will not be liable for any actions, claims, costs, damages or expenses arising from a stolen or lost Password.

 

American Driving Records Online Bill Pay allows for Customer to pay bills online in addition to standard mail-in. Customer authorizes American Driving Records to charge the amount indicated by Customer to the financial institution and account indicated by Customer. Additional service fees apply to on-line payments. Customer must make payment at least five (5) business days in advance of the payment due date to avoid late fees and/or suspension of service. Payments may be made any time; however, payments are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours, except for federal banking holidays. American Driving Records is not responsible if Customer’s financial institution rejects payment for insufficient funds or lack of credit availability.

 

Requests for refunds, i.e. in case of an overpayment, should be directed to the Customer Service Department. 

 

Customer understands that by enrolling in the American Driving Records Online Bill Pay program Customer enters into an agreement with American Driving Records whereby Customer agrees to view and pay for only those accounts to which Customer is authorized.

 

Customer agrees to waive any liability against American Driving Records for any act or omission arising out of the use of American Driving Records Online Bill Pay program. 

 

Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use, applicable tariffs, state and federal rules and regulations, laws, and any rules and regulations of a fund transfer system used by American Driving Records.

 

Customer agrees that Customer cannot assign or transfer the Terms of Use at any time without written consent from American Driving Records.

 

These Terms of Use shall be subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California. 

 

This web site is owned and operated by American Driving Records (as subcontracted to DataProse, LLC) and contains material derived in whole or in part from intellectual property which is owned by American Driving Records and its affiliates and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. American Driving Records, DataProse, LLC (as the subcontractor), and its affiliates may also be referred to herein as “we,” “us,” or “our.” Access and use of this web site is subject to the Terms of Use set forth herein and all applicable laws.
